“Mourning Giant“ is the artists constant fascination of an interwoven, interdependent world that turns into a sound. This is created through the means of techno - rolling driving basslines, countless layers of morphed synthlicks and thought-provoking echo-like sounds. It casts a shadow of a fast developing, mesmerizing experience too big to comprehend, too important to forget.

Arguably, some would say, it’s the hardest and “darkest“ track of Thomas Lovelace's debut EP on ”R.O.T - respect or tolerate”. “Mourning Giant“ is heavily influenced by skillfully, expressive artists like sdb, Alignment and Enrico Sangiuliano. Lovelace’s own experiences within the local, thriving Viennese techno music scene also play a role in his artistic repertoire.
